As an experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Sean offers 12 years’ experience in horizontal infrastructure and vertical construction projects. Sean’s strength is in driving projects through feasibility, design and build phases, across apartment, commercial, business parks, hospitality, infrastructure and retail projects. Sean has acted in many different capacities managing multi-disciplinary teams from concept to construction and has developed a strong skill set as senior project manager, senior project engineer, and design and build developer. This wide perspective gives Sean an excellent knowledge of all phases of a project. His horizontal infrastructure experience is an asset to our team. Sean thrives in project environments requiring strong technical thinking.

Andrew has a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes for clients across a broad range of different projects. His experience as a construction and project manager has given Andrew an excellent understanding of all stage of the project lifecycle from design through construction and project close out. Andrews roles have seen him lead project teams on refurbishments, new builds, redevelopment and earthquake repairs over his 12 years in the construction industry following his tertiary education. Andrew has a reputation for providing a thorough service and value added, high quality outcomes through strong attention to detail. He excels in a high-pressure environment and will do what’s required to ensure a successful project.

Matt brings a decade of construction industry experience with him to Project Management. His experience as a Carpenter and Site Manager gives him a developed understanding of construction projects from conception to completion. Matt‘s passion for construction translates in to delivering complex projects under challenging constraints. Matt’s skills mean projects are delivered on time and within budget, without compromising on quality. Matt has a clear understanding of clients’ key drivers ensuring they are forefront of mind for all project members.

Holly is a conscientious Project Manager with the ability to identify opportunities and risks and has the credibility and influence to collaboratively impact decision making. Holly has the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage with multiple business leaders across diverse teams and work streams. Holly started with Verve in early 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Project Manager after demonstrating her ability to deliver the full lifecycle of projects.

Holly has a gift for establishing relationships and interpreting relevant financial and project data to maximise understanding. Holly takes initiative and ownership of areas of responsibility to exceed project requirements. Demonstrated strong ability to work on a multitude of complex project tasks and issues during any given day on a consistent basis. Curious to explore ideas and test thinking toward improvement and amplified value. An advocate for innovation and able to inspire and guide others, including remotely located team members.

Melissa brings a wealth of experience in the design and construction industries to her role with Verve. Melissa has delivered projects from feasibility stage to the completion of construction. Melissa is experienced managing both end users and contractors on multiple projects simultaneously in a hands-on manner, ensuring that all project team members are consulted and informed throughout the lifecycle of the project. Melissa uses her design and construction experience to mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise. Melissa has a history of delivering projects on time and on budget, pivoting to meet the individual needs of each project and client.
